So my ‘tidying up’ has reached the point where it is no longer possible to sit down.
There’s not much room for moving about either, so I am reduced to standing and staring. This would be fine, were it not for the fact that I am expecting some special guests on Sunday. Guests who are going to be doing some weaving. Oops! I haven’t yet resorted to the throw-it-all-into-plastic-boxes-and-pretend strategy, but we aren’t far off.
In the meantime, I am entertaining unrealistic thoughts of what I might accomplish in 2016.

This blog resonated with me. With the holiday season over, I stand and stare at my various projects in process. I have a deadline ahead and a possible commission. I need to get to it! ( I did the plastic bins thing but now I have to see the material and tidying up can be so inconvenient!). So I laugh with you and hope we get the adrenaline rush to just dive right in. Good luck!

Looks like my After-the-cleaning pic, Cally, only with many more looms and much more exposed table surface. 🙂

Just clear a path to the looms, all the rest is inspiration!

You will make the space work for your guests – who needs tidy when we can weave. Happy New Year Cally!
