These terms and conditions apply to all classes and workshops booked via callybooker.co.uk and weavingspace.co.uk.

Booking for yourself

Payment in full is required at the time of booking.

If you find that you need to cancel a booking, then please contact me as soon as possible. If you cancel up to a month before the class then you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than a month before the class, any refund will be at my discretion. If there are future dates available for the same or an alternative class, it may be possible to arrange a transfer of your booking.

Gift certificates

Gift certificates are available for any day school. Within the UK postage of the gift certificate (either to you or direct to the gift recipient) is free. There is a small flat rate charge for sending a gift certificate anywhere overseas.

If you have received a gift certificate but cannot attend on the date booked, please contact me as soon as possible. If you contact me at least one month before the class then your gift certificate can be transferred to another date (subject to availability).

General

A minimum of two students is required for a class to go ahead.

In the event that a class is cancelled by me, all registered students will receive a full refund.

Mentoring and bespoke tuition

A minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due one month before the session. If you have to cancel or amend your booking, please contact me as soon as possible. For cancellations made more than one month before the scheduled session, any fees paid over and above the deposit will be refunded.

It is vanishingly rare that I need to cancel a booking, but if that becomes unavoidable you will, of course, receive a full refund.

Travel and other costs

Please note that I cannot be responsible for any outlays such as non-refundable travel costs that you may make in connection with your booking, and therefore recommend that you take out appropriate insurance cover.
